Design Notes

This part is necessary for our kill switch device. To produce LacI in B.subtilis, we designed primers which binds to LacI and have RBS SpoVG sequence as prefix together with RE cut sites.

This part is obtained from BBa_I732820 part by changing the original RBS sequence with RBS SpoVG via specific primers.
